Davidson County
- Bellevue — heavily wooded, sloped lots, sweetgum and 70s-80s hardware.
- Green Hills — old canopy, hackberry, a mix of original cottages and full rebuilds.
- East Nashville — pre-war bungalows, new infill, and century-old grading.
- Donelson & Hermitage — mid-century ranches, easy access, buried drain lines.
- Also regular: Belle Meade, Forest Hills, Inglewood, Madison, Old Hickory, Antioch, Berry Hill and the surrounding streets.
Williamson County
- Franklin — Westhaven, McKay’s Mill, Fieldstone Farms and the historic district.
- Brentwood — one-acre lots, long multi-level rooflines, heavy roof debris.
Sumner, Wilson and Rutherford Counties
- Hendersonville — Old Hickory Lake humidity, pine and cedar.
- Mount Juliet — newer construction and builder-grade gutter systems.
- Murfreesboro — three eras of housing, a lot of rental property, flatter ground.
What Changes From One Area to Another
- Tree cover — the single biggest factor in how often you need us. Bellevue, Green Hills and Brentwood are twice-a-year minimums; open lots in Mount Juliet often manage on one.
- Housing age — pre-war East Nashville and older Franklin homes need fascia checked, not just gutters cleared.
- Terrain — Bellevue’s slopes move water for you; Murfreesboro’s flat ground does not, so discharge placement matters more there.
- Tree species — sweetgum in Bellevue, hackberry in Green Hills, pine and cedar around Old Hickory Lake. Each clogs differently.
- Hardware age — anything built before about 1985 is likely still on spike hangers, which is why sagging shows up on well-kept houses.
