Nashville Gutter Pros is a Nashville-area gutter cleaning information site that also takes service requests. What follows explains, in plain terms, what we do with the details you send.
What comes to us
A completed request form sends us your name, phone, email, the part of Middle Tennessee you are in, and any notes about the house. Phoning the number on this site records the originating number and the call duration, with a portion recorded so quality can be reviewed and an accurate note kept of what was agreed. Tell the person on the line if you would prefer no recording, or use the form instead.
What we do with it
Your details are used to price the job, reply to what you asked, then follow up on it — a call, a text, or an email, whichever fits. Text messages stop when you reply STOP. A written request to us stops contact altogether.
Passing it on
Your request may be handed to a licensed provider working in your part of the metro, so they are able to reach you about the job. Otherwise your details go no further than the suppliers that host this site, deliver our forms, and route our calls — all acting under our instruction. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Retention
Service requests stay on file roughly two years so repeat customers do not have to explain the property twice. Recordings are held for less. A deletion request removes your record.
